Abstract
The purpose of this interchange meeting is to reinvigorate the technical community by means of a discussion of technologies that could be applied to the identification, extraction, storage, and utilization of resources derived from extraterrestrial sources and applied in a useful manner to future space missions. The primary uses identified for these resources have been for life support, propellant production, power storage, and the manufacturing of construction materials. However, it is the intent of this meeting to discuss all feasible applications. The focus of these discussions will be on those technologies that could be ready for flight within the next 10-15 years.
