Workshop on Lunar Crater Observing and Sensing Satellite (LCROSS) Site Selection : October 16, 2006 : NASA Ames Research Center, Moffett Field, California

Abstract

The purpose of this workshop is to identify the impact site with the highest potential for scientific return. Each site presented will be discussed in an open forum. The LCROSS Site Selection Committee will then recommend optimal sites to NASA Headquarters and to the Lunar Precursor and Robotic Program (LPRP) at the Marshall Space Flight Center for use in their final target selection.
