Abstract
During the C/S Verification Test (TP 2.368960) on the Array E Qualification Model, several changes of status occurred at turn-on, PC changeover or following other power interruptions. These discrepancies were documented in DR AC 5068, 5069, 5071, 5072., and 5082. This report documents the analysis of these anomalies, and discusses possible design changes to eliminate the discrepant operation.
