Workshop on Spacecraft Reconnaissance of Asteroid and Comet Interiors : October 5-6, 2006, Santa Cruz, California

Abstract

There is no consensus regarding the global properties of comets and asteroids, so we convene this workshop to come up with the best ideas for interior reconnaissance. The focus is characterization, and the scope includes orbital instruments, surface rovers, penetrometers, landers, and active experiments.
