Abstract
We use both moderate and high-resolution images of the Utopia Planitia region (approximately 45°N, 270°W) to assess the morphologic characteristics of concentric crater fill, followed by additional evidence that distinctive layers of surface material are not specific to this one location Our interpretation of the images leads us to favor an aeolian origin of concentric crater fill.
