Abstract

The purpose of this document are: 1. To define for support agencies external to MSC those documents containing mission configuration and utilization requirements, 2. Give a description of the contents of each document and establish a precedence where similar or redundant information is contained in more than one document, and 3. Serve as a control document for ready reference in determining the status of each document.
