dc.description.abstract During the C/S Functional Test (TP2365551) on the Array E Qualification Model, it was determined that the initial position of Power Distribution Unit (PDU) relays following a slow turn-on resulted in a scrambled status. This discrepancy was documented in DR AC4186 and FR E6. This report documents the analysis and design change to be incorporated in the PDU to eliminate this discrepant operation,
