dc.description.abstract Presented herein are the Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis and the Single Point Failure Summary for the Lunar Mass Spectrometer. The "A" Revision was required to include the Lock Out Switching Circuit(see page 174 for description). The "B" Revision is required due to the design change on the Emission Control from a fixed mode ionization voltage (Assy. #151-700) to a multimode ionization voltage (Assy. #151-550).
