Block 3 operations plan

Abstract

The Block 3 Operations Plan was originally scheduled for publication on 20 October 1966. However, as no significant changes have occurred since the publication of the Block 2 Operations Plan, ATR-18 dated 12 September 1966, the latter document is still effective and serves the requirement of Block 3 as well. Accordingly no separate Block 3 Operations Plan will be issued.
