Correlation techniques are applied to rare gas abundance and isotopic measurements, and measured and inferred target element concentrations in grain-sized separates of ten soil samples from the Apollo 17 deep drill core, to deduce contents of cosmic-ray spallation products and isotopic compositions of trapped rare gases. |
