Abstract
The study of meteorites provides a unifying theme that links almost every aspect of Earth and planetary science with mathematics, physics, chemistry and even biology. The activities are divided into units based on key questions students may ask about meteorites. Each unit contains several lessons with many activities that explore each question. The activities range from introductory impact experiments to rather complex orbit constructions that use beginning geometry. The lessons include both teacher and student pages. Sample topics covered include: Mysterious Meteorites, Where Do They Come From? and What Are They? as well as How Did They Form? What Effect Do They Have? and How Can I Use Them?
